Aruna Pradeep, an esteemed alumni of Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, has been a cornerstone of the Sai Seva Sangh, inspiring countless volunteers. Her unwavering commitment to the organization since 1992 has made her an invaluable asset, providing dedicated service to scale various units and contribute to the overall development of children and inmates.
With a profound passion for serving society, Aruna Pradeep has worked tirelessly over the years, leaving a lasting impact on the lives of those she serves. Her extraordinary dedication and selflessness make her an inspiration to many.
Radhika Sridhar, our esteemed Principal, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our institution. With a post-graduate degree in Psychology, she embarked on a remarkable career in the development sector, beginning with the British Council in Hyderabad.
Over 17 years, Radhika Sridhar managed diverse programs for the British Government’s Department for International Development (DFID), including the ILO Child Labour Program and Tuberculosis Program, while also funding the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Her experience extends to over 3 years with Dr. Reddys Foundation, where she implemented the Livelihood Program for rural youth.
Furthermore, Radhika Sridhar has been associated with Landmark Education, a renowned program focused on unleashing human potential. As an Introduction Leader, she has led numerous programs and received training in empowering and coaching individuals. Her expertise also extends to being a certified Soft Skills Trainer.
Radhika Sridhar has conducted impactful sessions on Unleashing Human Potential and Preventive Care Health Management programs, including Sujok Acupressure. These sessions have been delivered to senior and middle management executives from banks, NGOs, corporates, and PSUs.
As a dedicated member of the Sai Seva Sangh since its inception, Radhika Sridhar embodies the values and spirit of service that define our institution. Her continuous association and unwavering commitment make her an integral part of our community.
